I celebrated my friend's 21st here, and it was a great experience! The drinks were delicious (a bit pricey), and the Rockefeller oysters with pesto sauce were amazing--highly recommend them. The service was excellent--they even brought us desserts to try, including lemon, chocolate cake, and pistachio cake, which were all fantastic. The karaoke room made it even more fun. Great spot!

We went on a night that they were understaffed. The team was working very hard. Some things did fall through the cracks but overall it was a decent experience

I thought i reviewed about a decade ago, but i guess not. This spot has been around a very long time. I know it's changed owners a time or two, but the vibe has always stayed solid. Located just right outside of Rice Village, it's a great spot for friends, dates and they now even have a large party room. Indoor and outdoor seating. Fire pits when it's cold. At the time of this review, they have a happy hour just about every day, so check their website for specials. They also have signature drinks. There's a kitchen with several bites to choose from. Limited parking on the street, however, they have a valet, which is only tips All round, great neighborhood spot or...you don't have to be from the neighborhood.

This is a great low key spot to grab a drink. They have daily specials on drinks and stay open late on weeknights. The seating arrangement allows for a more cozy feel. There are chairs in the front and a patio area, but they also have another seating area with coaches. The staff always pretty friendly which also makes this a great place for a solo snack/drink, just sit at the bar.

I've actually enjoyed my simple and quick time at Simone. The parking was a headache and left a lot of uncertainty, I just ended up parking on the driveway of the property which the bartender allowed. But beware, of parking around here. Its an issue that needs to be dealt with first before stepping in. The lounge/bar itself is towards the back of the building and NOT the welcoming front entrance where the door is locked. How akward. Once inside, you'll it'll feel right. Since I landed during Happy Hour, I elected to get the house red and white with their truffle parmesan popcorn. I thought the popcorn was going to be a smaller serving, but it came out in a big bowl reminiscent of a bucket! Love it. I'll have to bring the wife here one day. Great place for wine, lounging and some snacking.
